Kevin & Shellie Boyd, Owners
Shellie and Kevin Boyd, married over 20 years, are entrepreneurs and parents of 2 kids just starting college. Kevin is a southern California native, and grew up on the island of Coronado. Shellie is originally from Colorado and has lived in San Diego for the last 25 years.
The Boyds are very family-oriented and run a small manufacturing business. Flipping houses became a passion for Kevin, which led the Boyds into the vacation-rental industry. One by one they were able to acquire and outfit properties with inviting swimming pool backyards, multi-family accommodations and fun amenities for vacationers to sunny San Diego!
