On the other side of the upper deck is the granny flat and a small grassy area with cornhole boards.
The main house features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen containing stove/oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher with an adjacent dining table, while the granny flat has one bedroom with a single attached bathroom, and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave attached to the main living space of the granny flat, complete with sofa and TV. The master bedroom in the main house has a king-size bed, while each additional guest bedroom in the main house and the granny flat have queen size beds. The entire property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people between the main house and the granny flat.
This property is located between the 5 and 805 freeways, and is close to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo, and the proximity to the freeways means that anywhere in San Diego you’d like to go is just an easy drive away!
