Enjoy your stay in sunny San Diego at this beautiful, newly remodeled home located in Oceanside, San Diego, presented by SanDiegoPoolHome! This home is only blocks from the beautiful Oceanside Beach, and close to the Pier, and plenty of shopping and dining! The home also has a pool and an in-ground hot tub, and a full outdoor cooking area, complete with grill, outdoor fridge, plenty of counter space and a bar top, a picnic table for enjoying meals, and a wall-mounted outdoor TV!
The space
This home is located on a large 6,398 square-foot lot, complete with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the gorgeous 2 story, 2,200 square-foot home, including an outdoor deck and patio, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the sunset with family! The front yard also features a play structure perfect for the kids, and fruit trees! The various backyard amenities, in addition to the pool and cooking area, include cornhole boards, a ping pong table, a fire pit surrounded by chairs to enjoy the fire, and a pool slide! The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $125/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
This home has 5 bedrooms, including two bedrooms with a king size bed in each, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a third bedroom with two double beds and a bunk bed, and a final bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed , and the home can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably, making this the perfect spot for your next beach vacation! The house features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. With several eating areas close a hand, including a breakfast bar, dining table, and a gorgeous outdoor eating area, located on the deck right off the kitchen, perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying dinner! The living room is equipped with a smart TV for guests to log into their own persona streaming services to enjoy movies during their stay.
At just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare of Oceanside, guests are only minutes away from the Oceanside Beach and Pier, plenty of shopping and restaurants, including casual upscale dining and great places to grab a quick bite, plenty of bars and breweries, movie theatres, and even an outdoor amphitheater! There are plenty of parks nearby, and you’re even close to Legoland if you’re looking for a fun day with the kids! The home is also closely situated to the 5 freeway, with intersections to the 76 and 78 freeways also close at hand, that can easily connect you to just about anywhere in San Diego that you’d like to go! Heading straight down the 5 will take you to the world-famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, or Downtown San Diego, as well as San Diego’s other beautiful beaches further south!

Guests have access to the entire property. There is off-street parking in the alley for 2 cars.
Other things to note
Depending on the outdoor temperature guests seem to enjoy the pool without it being heated. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a $125 a day fee to heat the pool (with a three-day minimum). Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool to be heated.
$100 pet fee will be added if you bring your furry friends.

We had a much smaller group than we had planned, but the space to be outside all day, and cook all of our own meals made for great family time. The wifi worked great, and it's a super walk to the beach. Thank you!

The house was very convenient we were 14 of us and we had plenty of room the house was perfect for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool we wish we had more time to relax in the pool and enjoy the weather but for sure we will be back since we have family in the area thank you, Kevin, for having us.

We took our three adult children, their spouses and our four grandchildren to Legoland, San Diego Safari Park and the ocean. The house was located very conveniently to all of these attractions. The back yard was a total hit. That is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong and playground area. We would definitely return!

Excellent home for a family vacation. Our kids (elementary school age) loved the pool with slide and playground! The beach is close and so are restaurants and coffee.

We have rented this house 2 times now. The kids love that there is a pool and jacuzzi. After spending the day at the beach it is nice to come back and relax in the pool.
Kevin was very responsive. We arrived and found that the air conditioner units hadn't been installed as promised. Kevin worked hard to get them installed by the next day.
The house is a little older, but very functional for families.

We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for the 12 of us.There are some minor things that need some attention. Our kids an grandkids loved the hot tub and the pool, the cold water didn't seem to stop them from having fun. We would consider doing this again. Love the area.

The place had everything we needed. We just went as a single family, 2 adults and 2 kids, but it has enough room for multiple families. The backyard was nice with a play area for the kids. We have 2 boys, ages 4 and 5. The weather was high 60s-low 70s so we asked for the pool to be heated. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and water slide. The place is several blocks to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. We took a long walk to the beach and pier but there is also parking by the beach. The beach also has 2 playgrounds that the kids enjoyed. Kevin and the property manager were prompt in answering our questions.
