SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this newly remodeled 3,300+ square foot home situated on 2 private acres with stunning views of Vista, San Diego! The spacious backyard provides almost any conceivable amenity, including a solar-heated infinity swimming pool complete with a 90 foot water slide and Jacuzzi, a putting green, cornhole boards, and a 70" flat screen TV! The pool has additional heating for an additional $175/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
Outside is also a fire pit complete with rocking Adirondack chairs provides a great place to sit and relax, and swinging hammock chairs that are suspended from the roof of a pergola close to the pool. An upper outdoor patio also feature a fire table with chairs to enjoy drinks around, an umbrella dining table, and a full outdoor cooking set up, including a grill, countertops, and an outdoor fridge. Up the steps to the upper level of the backyard, you’ll find the perfect play area for the kids, complete with a play structure in a sand pit, and a trampoline! This house has just about every amenity you could ask for!
The interior of the main house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate at least 16 people. Three of the bedrooms contain queen size beds, a fourth contains a queen size bed and a single bed, and a fifth bedroom contains three double beds, while the master bedroom has a king size bed and a crib. A game room in the house features a pool table, foosball table, and a smart TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen includes a gourmet fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, and features a breakfast bar at the island, and a full dining table. The house has multiple communal living areas with TVs and sofas, perfect for movie nights, and the deck off the master bedroom is perfect for enjoying the sunset.
This home, located in Vista, San Diego, is a little further from some of the main San Diego attractions like the Zoo, Downtown San Diego, or the various beaches, but what it lacks in proximity to those particular attractions, it more than makes up for with its stunning views and close proximity to some of the best breweries that San Diego has to offer! And while the home isn’t close to all the attractions San Diego has to offer, it is close to the 78 freeway, which connects to both the 5 and 15 freeways, and can take you anywhere in San Diego you’d like to go! There are plenty of places to eat, and especially drink, nearby, and all he San Diego attractions you’re looking for are just a drive away!
