SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this beautifully renovated one-story home 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego! This home features an amazing saltwater pool with a beautiful rock slide, waterfall, and an in-ground hot tub! The newly-built outdoor entertainment area features a full cooking area complete with grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit with chairs, and a large outdoor TV. The outdoor area also features a mini golf course, cornhole boards, hammock chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor eating.
The space
The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
The interior of the home features 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, and comfortably house up to 12 guests! Three of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, while the last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and a pool table! There is a washer and dryer located off one of the guest bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a fireplace and a TV! The kitchen has all the basic appliances you’ll need, including stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, and a dining table right next to the kitchen for meals. The living room features a sectional sofa gathered around a wall-mounted smart TV for enjoying movies as a family.
This home is situated close to the intersection of the 805 and 54 freeways, and is close to Downtown San Diego, plenty of dining and shopping, and the Sesame Place San Diego water park, and other San Diego attractions are only a short drive away! There are plenty of great casual dining places nearby, as well as a couple bars and breweries to enjoy a drink. The 5 freeway is only minutes away, and will take you into the heart of Downtown San Diego, as well as Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and a further journey on the 5 will take you to Old Town San Diego and the various San Diego beaches!

Place was amazing great location by the stores and mall, easy access to the interstates. Couldnt get the slide to work at all time but still had a blast.

The property was as advertised. The house was very clean and the beds were great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly people. The swimming pool and back yard are amazing. We loved the waterslide, jacuzzi and playing corn hole in the backyard. I would stay here again and plan on doing so next time we visit San Diego.

My three sisters, mom, and I take an annual getaway together, this is our 7th year. This home has been one of our favorites! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the house is beautiful and comfortable - lots of room to spread out in and room to hang out together! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds are all comfortable and having 3 bathrooms for all of us to get ready in helped tremendously! We always felt safe, and if we had a question, the owner was very responsive and helpful! The pool was fun, we loved being outside in the sunshine! The location is great, anything we did was so easy to get to! And bonus, Target, a mall, and a theater were literally down the street, around the corner! If we choose San Diego again for a future getaway, we would love to stay in this home again!

My son is stationed in San Diego with the Navy. We went to visit him and wanted to provide him and his fellow sailor friends a little bit of home while we were there- cooked meals, places to relax and live regular lives outside of their ships and barracks. This home was PERFECT. I think we had 6-7 "kids" revolving over our stay and we had plenty of room and space for them to stay and enjoy doing whatever they wanted. The pool and outdoor area was FANTASTIC. We all loved it so much.
*The beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE. You'll get lazy really fast.
*The kitchen cookwear leaves much to be desired. Bring your own or be prepared to buy what you need.
*Utensils are slowly growing- there's a few things we could've used.
*Fridge has an ice maker, YAY!
*We always buy a few things when we stay at a VRBO house to contribute for the next guest/when we stay again. We left our essentials we purchased for that trip.
*Speaking of, essential food things are growing nicely- salt, pepper, garlic powder, random spices, flour, sugar, coffee filters are all there, as well as some foil, plastic wrap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
*We had plenty of towels for bathing/pool use, but there were no washcloths. Bring your own just in case.
*The location could NOT be any better, seriously. There's a small mall and all sorts of shopping/restaurants right around the corner. We were 8 miles from the base area to take my son to/from work. We had DoorDash deliver food one night. Balboa Park is a quick drive also. Every time we went somewhere, we went on and on about how great the location is!
*Typical California neighborhood where houses are very close to each other, but- it was always so quiet! We did our best to be mindful of noise as well. Always felt very safe- it's a place I would like to live.
*There's no AC vents in the kitchen/living area, so don't keep the bedroom doors closed during the day or it will never cool off. We bought and left a stand fan to keep the air moving and it worked well.
*The house is freshly remodeled and just so super nice. I can't say enough about how relaxing it was and how much we all just enjoyed being there doing nothing together.

The house was beautiful and clean! We didn’t have to worry about anything. We used the house for family for our wedding weekend and have the best memories. The pool is amazing and kept up daily along with the hot tub. We grilled out and had so much fun! This place was perfect for what we were looking for and the price was more than reasonable! Thank you so much for helping to make our weekend so perfect!

Set up is tremendous for 12 people! Great activity area in back yard! Easy access to all areas of San Diego! Definitely would use again!

The house was very clean, modern, spacious and literally minutes from all of San Diego’s biggest attractions. The house was equipped with all of the daily essentials, including pots and pans, silverware, plates and cups. A very fun garage to hang out in including a pool table. I will definitely be using this home every time I stay in San Diego.
